vegan eggnog




After tasting gulping the homemade eggnog offered to me during our Christmas festivities, I thought I'd make a guilt free eggnog this year. Just for the heck of it.

I wanted a frothy, creamy, sweet concoction. This one is close to what I had in mind, but didn't quite hit the mark. I suggest you blend the cashews first before you add the water {mine came out a bit gritty}. I did add extra agave syrup and used two bananas instead of one. I might do some more experimenting with it since it was so close to what I was after. My son and husband both drank it up, so no complaints.
