black bean, corn + basil dip + crackers {recipe redux #AD}

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, limes are 79 cents a pop. Now, that's just cruel. How could the crops have gone bad just at the moment when everyone was raiding their local grocers for the very thing that makes Cinco de Mayo so full of splashy spark? How will we make our Mojitos?

While we ponder over this turn of events we can still make this delicious dip. True it contains one lime, but one lime is worth it for the yummy appetizer. Perfect with those mojitos you may or may not be drinking tomorrow tonight.

  1. Love the ease of your dip recipe where everything gets blended together - the black beans, avocado, roasted red peppers, etc. Makes for easy clean-up, too.

  2. Love this combo - great for summer dipping (and digging those lilac? flowers in your photo too :)

  3. Yum! Yes, I will buy the lime for this one!

  4. Love any dip that starts with black beans and the bonus is my family will like it. Great flavor adding the roasted red pepper.

  5. I love your photo and black bean dip with corn... set it on the table and I'm there!
