minty melon soup
An odd idea, melon soup. I mean melon is really fine all by itself, right? No need to mess about with recipes. When I started researching melon soups they mostly had some dairy in them and always had some kind of sugar. I don't think you need to add sugar to a melon soup - as sweet as it is alone.
The flavor of this simple combination - only four ingredients - is larger than its sum. And perfect for summer time.
Minty Melon Soup
Serves 2-4 (I ate it all by myself in one sitting)
3 cups honeydew
3 cups cantaloupe
Juice of one lime
10 mint leaves, minced
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Chill and serve.

I would probably eat it all by myself in one sitting as well! I love honeydew. Like...so much.
