Never say never, right? Shortly after I said I never have enough over ripe bananas to make any baked goods everyone in my house went on a banana strike.
Don't get me wrong. I am not complaining. I just find it a little weird. That's all.
These are the cousin to the banana bread I made earlier. The only thing I changed with this recipe is I used toasted pecans - and a lot of them. I think roasting nuts makes them so much more present, don't you?
